Nomex Arctic Parka

Choose between Prime Goose Down or NOMEX IIIA® insulation in our Flame Resistant Arctic Clothing. The NOMEX IIIA® outer shell is an inherently flame resistant Aramid and static dissipative fiber blend manufactured only by DuPont. It is used in protective apparel to help shield wearers from flames, flash fires and electric arcs. All of our Flame Resistant garments with NOMEX IIIA® outer shell have the VAPRO tm backing. VAPRO provides a windproof, waterproof and breathable vapor barrier. While adding to the garments warmth, VAPRO prevents liquid and oil from contaminating the insulation.
